Baxter County Library's Teen Library Council (TLC) is an advisory board of students in grades 7-12 who meet monthly with the library's Youth Services staff to discuss books and movies and to give input on library issues related to teens. Please read the TLC Application to see if the Teen Library Council would be a good fit for you.
If you are interested in applying, membership applications are available online between July 1st and August 13th.
Applications are due NO LATER THAN August 13.
