The steps to get a Baxter County Library card are as follows:
- Fill out the Online Library Card Application through the link below.
- Once you have submitted your application, you will need to come into the Library at 300 Library Hill in Mountain Home, AR. You must present a valid photo ID and proof of address. Driver’s license, utility bills, voter ID, and printed checks are common forms of ID.
- Once ID and proof of address have been shown and a few questions have been asked, you will receive your card.
Note: If you live outside of Baxter County, AR, there will be a $30 fee per household per year. The fee covers all regular and special collections checkouts, and program sign-ups. The fee does not cover FASTRACK checkouts or any late fees that might incur.
