Community Resources for the Visually and Print Disabled. Learn about resources available from the Arkansas Library for the Blind and Print Disabled, the Lion's Club, VIP (Visually Impaired Persons) Support Group, and Disability Rights Arkansas. Many resources are available for those with disabilities including those who are blind or vision impaired, who have Parkinson's or Dyslexia, or other challenges that make reading more difficult and for their families. Come and learn what those resources are and how you can help.
