Dive into the "Declaration of Independence Translated for Kids" and read aloud with the script, the play "Bound Together", about the creation of the U. S. Constitution.  Learn the difference between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, analyze the compromises that had to be made, and exercise your critical thinking skills. Facilitated by Cathy Travis, author of Constitution: Translated for Kids. For grades 6-9. 
 
Dinner will be provided.
