Make It: Adventure Nature Journal

Adventure Begins at your Library! Make a Nature Journal for your summer adventures.  A variety of materials will be available to use in making these journals: cardstock, paper bags, washi tape and more.  You will see examples of various journals and you can put the different elements together how you choose to create a one of a kind place to record your adventures, what you observe in nature, how you felt, or whatever you want to record.  Many styles of pockets will be available where you can save items; a petal from the rose your spouse gave you, the dandelion your toddler was excited to give you, the ticket to a National Park you visited, or your favorite paperclip.  You can add places for photos, sketches, watercolor paintings, stories, and more.
