Event Details

Call Jamie at 870-580-0980 ext. 2980 to see if you are a candidate for screening on the mobile unit and register.  

On the day of the screening please arrive 5 minutes early. (Only 3 patients can be on the bus at a time.)  Do NOT wear deodorant or baby powder when you come for your screening.  You must have a photo I.D. and your insurance card with you when you arrive for your screening.
