All participating artists for the 2025 Art Odyssey Tour are invited to attend this essential orientation session. This meeting is your opportunity to confirm all of your booklet information, including artist bios, studio details, and contact information, and have your headshot taken by our photographer for the printed guide and promotional use.
During the Orientation, we will:

📸 Take professional headshots for the 2025 Art Odyssey booklet
📖 Present tips and tricks for creating an effective and welcoming studio presence
🗺️ Go over detailed information about the tour schedule, logistics, and expectations
