Program Description

Event Details

Suitable for both beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners.Volunteer, Tony Khayat, will led you through gentle exercises to promote fitness and flexibility. Relieve stress and tension, trim, shape, and tone the body with a regenercize workout. Must be age 18 and older. Participants must bring their own yoga mat. A donation of $2-$5 is asked to support the Library.
