Program Description

Event Details

Kids ages 6-9 will learn and practice yoga during this four session course. Kids ages 6-9 will reap the many benefits of Yoga including awareness, focus, relaxation, strengthening, and balance. Learn the basic poses and techniques of yoga during this four day session. Register once for all four sessions. Dates: June 24-27.
