Coloring is an excellent way to slow down and de-stress.  Drop by anytime from 9:30 to noon to try it out for yourself.  A variety of coloring pages are available each week along with colored pencils; or bring your own supplies.  Join the friendly chat and enjoy the relaxing background music or bring headphones and listen to your own music or podcast while you color away a little stress.
