Join us for virtual yoga via Zoom!
Volunteer, Tony Khayat, will lead you through gentle exercises to promote fitness and flexibility. Relieve stress and tension, trim, shape, and tone the body with a regenercize workout. This class is suitable for both beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners.
Must be age 18 and older.
All participants will receive the Zoom link to attend the class in the registration confirmation and reminder email. Please install the Zoom application prior to the start of the class. This will take a few minutes and we don’t want you to miss anything!
A donation of $2-$5 is asked to support the Library next time you stop by.
There will be NO YOGA on the following 2021 dates:
January 18, 20; February 15, 17; April 21; May 19, 31; July 5; August 18; September 6; October 11; November 3, 17; December 8.
