Join us for yoga!
Volunteer, Tony Khayat, will lead you through gentle exercises to promote fitness and flexibility. Relieve stress and tension, trim, shape, and tone the body with a regenercize workout. This class is suitable for both beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners.
Must be age 18 and older. In person attendance limited to 20 people. Masks required, along with social distancing.
A donation of $2-$5 is suggested to support the Library next time you stop by.
There will be NO YOGA on the following 2021 dates:
May 19, 31; July 5; August 18; September 6; October 11; November 3, 17; December 8.
