Homesteading Skills: Garden Planning and Seed Starting

We will talk about the basics of creating a simple garden plan.  Then we will learn some basics of starting seeds.

Past topics include Autumn Gardening, Small fruits and their care, beekeeping, chainsaw maintenance and care, seed saving, orchard care, salve making, composting and vermicutlture, water kefir, sourdough bread, crackers, pizza crust, and more.  2026 will bring a continuation of fun topics and opportunities to learn.  If you would like to teach a class or know someone who would be a good teacher for a future class please reach out..
