Homesteading Skills: Preserving Eggs

Learn about the Pros and Cons of popular egg preservation techniques.  We will start with Water Glassing including a demonstration and discussion of its benefits and risks followed by freezing, and pickling.  We will talk about freeze drying, but will not have a demonstration.
