Explore the Night Sky at The Baxter County Library

If you are a space lover and enjoy stargazing, the Baxter County Library has an upcoming series that might strike your fancy. On Tuesday, October 26 there will be two back to back programs for space exploration. From 6:30pm-7:00pm, learn how to use the nice telescopes available for check out at the Library during the Library Telescope Tutorial. Then, from 7:00pm-8:00pm, Jeff Hoeper will give a brief tour of the constellations with a period of observation to follow with several telescopes available to view the sky from. This is the Sky Party. Anyone is welcome to attend this special viewing of the night sky at the Library. No registration is required to participate.
