Kids Can Create Festive Tea Light Ornaments

The Baxter County Library is hosting a virtual DIY class for children in grades kindergarten to 6th grade via Zoom on Saturday, December 12 at 10am. Children along with their parents or caregivers will create two festive tea light ornaments to hang around the house or on their Christmas tree. Instruction will be led by Youth Services Librarian Amy Johnson.

A take-home supply kit with materials for the class will be provided to registrants at no cost. After registering, you will receive instructions on how to pick up your supply kit. The kit includes a battery-operated tea light and other materials.

All participants will receive the Zoom link to attend the class in the registration confirmation and reminder emails. The Zoom application will need to be installed prior to the start of the class.

Space is limited, but openings are still available. If you have any questions, please email amy.j@baxlib.org. If you are on the waitlist, you will be contacted directly if you are put on the main list. For registration, visit the calendar on baxlib.org/events.
