With regular donations down and a decrease in state funding due to COVID-19, the Baxter County Library needs your support. Show your support for the Baxter County Library by bidding on some unique, donated items in the Friends of the Library Silent Auction. The Friends of the Library Silent Auction, a major fund-raising event for the Baxter County Library, concludes on July 29 at 1:00pm in the Library foyer.
To place a bid in the Silent Auction, stop by the Library to take a look at the items on display in the glass case near the entrance, and then mark your bid in the Silent Auction bidding book. All bids must be in the bidding book by 1:00pm on July 29. Winning bidders will be notified by phone or email in a timely manner. All items need to be paid for and picked up from the Library’s main desk by August 12, 2020.
Support from the Friends of the Library and the Library Foundation make the Library’s current and future programming possible.
